It was a year ago that Ekta Kapoor embraced motherhood through surrogacy. The TV czarina became a proud mother to son Ravie, whom she named after her father and veteran actor Jeetendra Kapoor. Well, Ekta successfully managed to keep the first proper glimpse of her baby boy Ravie under wraps, until now. On the occasion of the munchkin’s first birthday, the Balaji Telefilms’ head honcho threw a lavish party and it was attended by the who’s who of the television industry and Ekta Kapoor’s close associates.
The guest-list included Esha Deol, Riteish Deshmukh, Surveen Chawla, Aayush Sharma, Divya Khosla Kumar and Pragya Yadav among others. A video of Ekta Kapoor, along with one-year-old Ravie Kapoor, meeting the paparazzi has gone viral and it sees the mother-daughter duo beaming with joy. Well, Ravie looked extremely adorable in his grey checkered suit and long tresses. And as soon as Ekta Kapoor held Ravie in her arms, she couldn’t stop gazing at her mini-me with utmost love. Some time ago, Ekta Kapoor wished Ravie by sharing a heartfelt video of him. In her caption, she wrote, "JAI MATA DI.
