In a shocking news today, Crime Patrol actress Preksha Mehta committed suicide at her Indore home. The Crime Patrol actress died at age 25 by hanging herself from a ceiling fan on Monday night at her home in Indore’s Bajrang Nagar. Known to have played roles in TV serials like Crime Patrol, Meri Durga, Laal Ishq, Preksha Mehta also featured in Akshay Kumar’s film Pad Man. As the news of Crime Patrol actress Preksha Mehta committing suicide hits headlines, filmmaker Milap Zaveri reacts to it and blames the lockdown to be the reason for it.

Reacting to the suicide news of actress Preksha Mehta shared by SpotboyE.com, filmmaker Milap Zaveri tweeted, “If we don’t end this lockdown these deaths are also going to be on our conscience. We are reporting daily figures of the virus and reacting. The hidden figures of the deaths n lives destroyed by the economic devastation will come out in months ahead :( RIP.”

In the tweet, reacting to the suicide news of the TV actress, the Marjaavaan director mentioned that if the lockdown does not end soon, the deaths taking place during it are also going to be on one’s conscience. Talking about how everyone is only focusing on the daily figures of the virus and reacting to it, Milap Zaveri stated that the hidden figures of the deaths and lives destroyed by the economic devastation of the country will come out in months ahead. As the filmmaker went on to explain his opinions, undoubtedly, Zaveri spoke about the harsh truth.


Meanwhile, Milap Zaveri has been spending his time at home with his family during the lockdown. Work-wise, the director’s last released film was Marjaavaan starring Sidharth Malhotra, Tara Sutaria, Riteish Deshmukh and Rakul Preet Singh in pivotal roles.
