Every year in the Bigg Boss house, we see love stories blossoming and while some manage to reach the altar, the rest just fizzle out in no time. This season too, we are seeing a fair share of romances happening inside but there’s solid twist.

We’re specifically talking about Asim Riaz and Himanshi Khurana. It’s a twisted love tale. Himanshi broke up with her boyfriend of 9 years and Asim was said to be the reason, but the lady cleared the air and returned to the show for the family week, and now, we can see them indulging in PDA.


Asim couldn’t control his emotions and even went down on his knees to propose to Himanshi who was indeed happy about it. While all things seemed to be going hunky dory, kahaani mein aaya naya modd when Vikas Gupta unearthed a secret around Asim’s love life and told Shehnaaz Gill that he already has a connection outside.


Even before anybody could throw in guesses, Asim’s best friend Shruti Tuli sprang into action and quickly tweeted in his defence, “It’s a lie. Asim’s not dating anyone outside. Just another trick to defame him.” Now the question is, why is Shruti growing so strong in her friend’s defence. A quick look at her Twiter profile, and you’ll see her tweets in support of Riaz.


Rumour has it that his girlfriend is none other than Shruti Tuli, who’s playing the denial game. Also, if you notice the timing of her tweet, it’s quite fishy. But we strongly smell a rat here. When we contacted Shruti, she denied it outright. Also, last month, in an exhaustive chat with SpotboyE.com, Shruti had told us that Asim is very much single and about his attachment towards Himanshi, she had replied, “Asim is very emotional and Himanshi I think is the only contestant there who understood, supported and corrected him respectfully- so, he has got attracted to her.”

Clearly, things are not as straight as they seem to be. We know that best friends stand in support of each other, but Shruti going out of her way in proving things just makes us curious to believe what is hidden underneath.

While Asim Riaz’s secret is out, so far, we have also seen Arhaan Khan and Paras Chhabra’s love life being under the scanner. Arhaan’s marriage and divorce story was revealed by host Salman Khan while Paras Chhabra’s girlfriend Akanksha Puri was left devastated seeing his affinity towards Mahira Sharma.

Now, with Asim Riaz’s love life being on shaky grounds, we wonder what will he do once he exits the house? Will he come out and acknowledge the reality or will he simply stay in denial just like his best friend?
