For the first time ever, popular artists of Punjab come together to share their stories during the Lockdown. 9X Tashan creates a special Lockdown series with all the popular artists of Punjab. So far, we have had Sukh-E, Jazzy B, Karan Aujla, Sidhu Moosewala & Satinder Sartaj, Neeru Bajwa & Aastha Gill, Singga, Millind Gaba, Maninder Butter, Ammy Virk, Juggy D and Miss Pooja in our episodes.
On the thirteenth episode of our series, we sat down with the multi-talented Parmish Verma, who has a cult fan following owing to his singing, acting and direction talent. Talking candidly about the Lockdown situation, Parmish told us he was at home with his family in Punjab and that he made a new song called “Aam Jehe Munde”, which was recorded on an iPhone, the music for which is produced by the Punjabi duo, Desi Crew. The track aims to inspire people who come from humble backgrounds to do big things in life, and Parmish has narrated his own story through the song.
Giving us a glimpse of his philanthropic side, Parmish said he distributed essential food items to the needy in Patiala, focusing on the fact that we should do whatever we can do to help those who need it. Parmish also tells us how he sneakily uses his father’s Internet Wi-fi to download heavy files, which tells us there’s a mischievous side of the Punjabi star as well.
