After making fans wait for a day more, the makers of Kalank have finally dropped the title track of film, online. Post Ghar More Pardesiya and First Class, the makers have been teasing the fans with different posters and promos of the title track, and now the 3rd song is here, in the melodious voice of Arijit Singh.

Titled as Kalank Nahi Ishq Hai, the song is penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya and music is composed by Pritam. The 2-minute-23-second long song sees Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan falling in love with each other. At some point, we can also see glimpses of Aditya Roy Kapur-Sonakshi Sinha and Sanjay Dutt-Madhuri Dixit in this romantic track. Watch the song here:



Kalank title track was scheduled to release, yesterday, but due to some issues, the makers delayed the release of the song by a day and it just hit social media, a few minutes back. Karan Johar had taken to social media to apologies to the fans, who have been waiting for the song. In his tweet, he wrote, “We apologise from the bottom of our hearts! Will have to delay our #KalankTitleTrack by a day...all of us ! Pritam...Amitabh...Arijit and Abhishek want to present the best version of our favourite track in the film...song will be out Tomorrow! A big sorry again from team #kalank”

Talking about the song, Pritam had told Bombay Times, “It has to be a bright and beautiful romantic number, which underlines the feeling one has when he or she starts loving someone intensely. It’s in the Indian spiritual space, something bordering on Sufi.”

Well, don't you think the song was worth waiting for? Helmed by Abhishek Varman, Kalank is slated to hit theatres on April 17.
