Bollywood playback singer Arijit Singh has earned massive fame and became an overnight sensation, especially after his song Tum Hi Ho in Aashiqui 2. He became the go-to singer for love ballads and has achieved widespread prominence. He has also won numerous awards for his songs and some of his other hit songs include, Kabhi Jo Baadal Barse, Main Rang Sharbaton Ka, Phir Le Aaya Dil and many more. Many Bollywood personalities are known to invest their big bucks in real estate while at the peak of the career, and now if reports on the Internet are to be believed, Arijit Singh has bought four flats in the same building in Versova, Mumbai.
Reports on the Internet quoted Square Feet India for the claims. The singer has reportedly paid a huge sum of Rs. 54 lakh in stamp duties already and the registry for the four flats were done in January. The four flats are in the same building in Versova, Mumbai. As per the reports, one of the four flats has an area of 32 square metres and cost Rs 1.80 crore while another one is 70 square metre and cost Rs 2.20 crore. The third one is reportedly around 80 square metres and cost Rs 2.60 crore, while another one with an area of 70 square metres and is said to have cost the singer Rs 2.5 crore. Arijit Singh had made it to the Forbes’ Celebrity 100 list that released in December 2019 and he ranked 26th on it. According to the list, it showed him with a worth of Rs 71.95 crore. Arijit Singh has worked in some of the biggest Bollywood projects and has lent his voice for Shahid Kapoor- Kiara Advani starrer Kabir Singh, Ayushmann Khurrana-Tabu’s Andhadhun, and many other hit films.
