Getting back into the fitness mania after a long vacation is something that we struggle the most. Whether you suffering from your vacation blues, or a sheer lethargy, you should not skip exercising, as it not leads to frustration over time but also upsets fitness goals. 

Keeping up your body in shape is not at all easy, but also not impossible. An actor and an Enterpreneur Priety Zinta recently took to her instagram to show some fitness videos of her, which is inspiring for her fans.

While sharing her video, she wrote, “It’s very important to remain consistent with your workouts. It’s also very important to practise what you preach. Look at me struggling in the gym after a very fun holiday in London which involved a lot many things but not the gym. No worries – here I am, in my quest for endorphins, fighting to be fit again ??????It’s never too late to start working out again.”

In the video, Priety is seen doing hanging leg lift exercise on the hanging leg lift machine which works for the abdominals and obliques.

If you're also wanting to do the exercise for your abdominal amd obliques, here is all you need to know. 

- Firstly, Keep your arms on the armpads.

- Hold on to the handles tightly and place your back firmly on the pad. Keep your feet together.

- Maintain your spinal posture and lift up your knees slowly. 

- You need to pay an extra attention on your knees, don’t let the knees bend. This allows for more tension on the abs.
