Moon milk is just another name of ayurvedic milk and has herbs and plants in it. The milk has herbs like Ashwagandha. The medicinal herb is known to have properties of healing nervous systems, reduces stress and anxiety. This magical herb also helps in getting better sleep.



How to make moon milk:

Heat milk in the pan and bring it to a semi boil temperature. Then add herbs like ashwagandha, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg in the milk. Mix it for at least 5 minutes. Then stir it in coconut milk and pour it in your glass and add some honey.  Drink it daily before going to bed.
