AltBalaji's upcoming web series, Main Hero Bol Raha Hoon starring Parth Samthaan may see Patralekha as its lead actress
Parth Samthaan who is winning audiences' hearts with his character of Anurag in Ekta Kapoor's Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 will be seen in a completely different avatar in his upcoming web series, Mein Hero Bol Raha Hoon.
Last year, SpotboyE.com had exclusively told you that the story of Main Hero Bol Raha Hoon is based on the underworld and set up in the 80s and 90s era. Parth's character, who is a gangster, is inspired by none other than Abu Salem who was involved in Bollywood extortion cases during those times.
However, it's been quite some time that AltBalaji released its teaser and Parth Samthaan's look.
And now, once again we come to you with an interesting update related to the web series. SpotboyE.com has heard that Patralekha Paul who is not just a wonderful actress but also in a strong relationship with famous actor Rajkummar Rao, will star opposite Parth in the series.
A source informs us, "Patralekha was approached for the show a long time back and she showed interest too. However, nothing has been official yet and anyway as of now, the shooting for the series is on a halt. If everything goes smooth, she may start opposite Parth."
We contacted Patralekha to confirm the same but received no reply till the time of going online.
The actress made her acting debut with Hansal Mehta's City Lights and was also seen in AltBalaji's web series, Bose:Dead/Alive and Zee 5's Badnaam Gali.
