Ten Days After Testing Positive For Coronavirus, Idris Elba Says, 'Hoping Everyone Is Coping With This S***'

Actor Idris Elba was tested positive of COVID-19 0 days back and ever since the actor has been practising self-isolation under medical supervision. Taking to his Twitter account the actor shared his health update and mentioned about feeling ok with no changes

Ten Days After Testing Positive For Coronavirus, Idris Elba Says, 'Hoping Everyone Is Coping With This S***'
Actor Idris Elba had revealed being tested positive of Coronavirus almost 10 days, followed by that he also revealed his wife Sabrina Dhowre too being tested positive for COVID-19. Without creating panic among his followers, he simply mentioned of being okay and heading for an isolation post he broke the news. Constantly keeping his fans updated the actor had termed the first 24 hours of his isolation as, ‘mad 24 hours’. He took to his Twitter account a couple of hours back continuing with his updates on his recovering from COVID-19.  

Taking to his Twitter account he shared an image of him, mentioning about feeling better and still very much practising self-isolation. He also shared in his tweet about doctor’s take on his health about quarantine period helping one become immune for a certain period and further hoping to soon go back home to London. He concluded his tweet by asking people to be safe. The picture has him sporting a hoodie with a beanie to keep him warm as he recovers.

He tweeted, “Hoping everyone is coping with this $@@!! Currently, still quarantine.. Sab and I still feel ok so far with no changes. Dr told us that after quarantine we will be immune for a certain time since our antibodies fought this. At some point, we’d like to go home to London. Bsafe.”


As soon as the actor tweeted, many of his followers wished him a speedy recovery. While few others also opened up about their symptoms before they were tested positive of COVID-19.
