Now, Suchitra Krishnamoorti hit back at the haters and shared a lengthy note slamming the trolls and said that her confidence is inspiring
Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas made heads turn as they hit the 2020 Grammys red carpet on Sunday night and posed for many adorable pictures together. These pictures are all over the Internet and Priyanka Chopra’s Ralph and Russo gown with an ultra-revealing neckline, quickly became the subject for online trolling. While many loved her outfit and how confidently she carried it, her detractors were quick to shame her for the same. They criticized her and while some thought the outfit was ‘too much’, a few others commented that she should learn to dress for her body type.
Well-known designer Wendell Rodricks also had something to say about Priyanka Chopra’s Grammys outfit. He took to Instagram and wrote, “@priyankachopra nailed it at the Grammys 2020. Truly the bold and beautiful in this @ralphandrusso couture fringed gown where the neckline goes all the way from LA to Cuba. Love it.” In response to this, and also replying to all the haters trolling Priyanka Chopra, Suchitra Krishnamoorthi shared a lengthy note slamming the trolls and said that her confidence is inspiring. In her note, she wrote, “Was so upset to see this post on insta by Wendel Rodrigues who's work I otherwise have a modicum of respect for. I think the fact that Priyanka is not trying to hide her belly with her clutch is what makes this pic so beautiful. Makes her the rockstar she is. Suchitra also added that this picture of Priyanka Chopra, at the world's most publicized event is the height of liberation, given how women have been enslaved by men's opinion of how women should look for so long. She wrote, “So dear men. We are not ur pre pubescent hipless perverted fantasy or your teenage gay boy flat chested contortion. We are real women, we have breasts, we have fat we have water retention and we rock and roll.”

Ending the note, she questioned whether anyone would have dared comment on a man’s belly, the way they were, for Priyanka Chopra. She wrote that she will now flash her flabby stretch marks with confidence, all thanks to PeeCee.
