Model Khloe Kardashian is all set to move on to new abode but there is a condition only she gets a desired price for her current lavish villa in Calabasas estate. So now before we get down to the price, we shall give you reasons why does this Khloe’s mansion is worth the price she is quoting for. Khloe’s this house has 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, home theatre, a mesmerizing  guest house, swimming pool comprises of a hot tub, a meditation trail and huge kitchen. 

So now all this above luxuries come with tag of whopping $19 million ($18,950,000), as per reports in TMZ.  This house was first owned by singer Justin Bieber, Eddie Murphy, before she bought from Justin for $7.2 million in the year 2014. Also this property allows Khloe to be close to her family as her sister Kourtney Kardashian stays in the nearby vicinity and her mother Kris Jenner’s Hidden Hills mansion is also 5 minutes away. Khloe had settled at this mansion after her divorce with Lamar Odam in the year 2013. 
Post she bought this sprawling property of 11,000 square foot, she got on board interior designers Waldo Fernandez and Tommy Clements to deck up this property as her tastes and likes. 

However, the model has not up the house on the list; she is reported to be sell it for the above mentioned price. 



Allowing a breathtaking view of Malibu Canyon, which is high on privacy  is currently house to Khloe her ex Tristan Thompson and their daughter, True, during the quarantine period imposed to maintain social distancing with the outbreak of COVID-19. ALSO READ:
