Jennifer Lopez showed age is just a number, one more time, as she took to the Superbowl Half Time 2020 stage shaking and swaying to the music with fellow sexy Latina, Shakira. While she got a hell lotta praise for her breath-taking act, a small-ish section took to debating if her a little too risqué? A bit too sexy, perhaps? And more objectifying than empowering? The harshest criticism came from Ohio Minister, Dave Daubenmire who called the act a "strip club performance." Just after the performance, JLo made a stunning and breath-taking appearance in a bejewelled Valentino top and a massive purple skirt at the Film Independent Spirit Awards. And responding to naysayers, JLo told Variety Magazine, “"I think that’s honestly silliness. Both of us are really respectful performers who are moms and have kids and are very conscious of what we do. We (did) a show that I believe was a celebration of women and our Latino culture that I think was really well reserved.”
