It’s raining of polka dot or maybe it is the polka dot season. Why do we say so? Well, if you recollect, just sometime back we saw Deepika Padukone giving out retro vibes during Chhapaak promotions where she wore white and black polka dot ruffle dress, pairing it with a black retro band. Though it did not impress us that much, it still grabbed a lot of attention. Following on the same route, we saw her hubby Ranveer Singh pulling off a polka dot outfit during the poster launch of his upcoming film, ’83. He was seen wearing a black and white polka dot shirt with a matching tennis cap. He paired it with rainbow-striped metallic shiny harem pants and completed the look with blush pink shoes. It was a bummer to see him that ensemble, knowing that he does far better than this. Moving on, we yet again, got to see polka dot outings and this time in Katrina Kaif and Kriti Sanon.
Since we saw Kriti Sanon first in this trend, she was spotted in the city lately, opting for a retro look, she sported a short polka dot dress, with pair of yellow sunnies and florescent heels which took us back in time. However, by adding a little spunk to her look, she rounded her getup by pairing her dress with neon pumps. No flaws here, as she looked refreshingly beautiful in the latest outing. Speaking of Katrina Kaif, we are in love with her attire. She was seen wearing black and white polka dot top which had a knot near the torso and teamed her top with mustard yellow mini latex skirt. Her top so reminded us Dimple Kapadia’s look in Bobby. Nevertheless, keeping her hair in soft waves and minimal make-up, the Bharat actress looked pretty sexy while rounding her look with a pair of hoop earrings and strappy heels.
