Commando 3, Movie Review: Bas Karo Yeh Herogiri, Vidyut Jammwal!
Vidyut Jammwal led Commando 3 is... what, I really don't know as I start off to write. Maybe I will have a conclusion about it as I go along. READ THE REVIEW
All Vidyut Jammwal's films have been made for only him, but I wonder why. Jammwal is obsessed with martial arts from the age of 3 and has remained so even 35 years after that, and I wonder why. He has to always fly in mid-air, hang from helicopters and beat up some 40 odd men single-handed, I wonder why. Bas karo yaar Vidyut, bas karo. Let us see now you in a film where we can see your acting chops. Did you also love circus to a point of no return ever since you were 3?
And once again we have a film, Commando 3 this time, loaded with terrorists who are on a rampage to destroy India. Once again, we have to hear the teachings that are given to them. Once again, we have those savage characters looking at each other confusedly if they have done the right thing in deserting their families and hating their neighbours.

And once again we have two girls, Adah Sharma and Angira Dhar who are fond of the same man, largely because he is too strong. No prizes for guessing who this man is. And once again we have a lead terrorist, Gulshan Devaiah this time, who sports a bizarre haircut, exudes weird expressions and exhibits a clumsy body language.
And once again, we have dialogues like 'kapde utarke, nanga karke marunga'. Just a thought. Doesn't kapde utarke mean nanga, then why the word 'nanga'?
"Innovation is the key to reach out today to the audience, we have decided to take a bold step to put out a 5 minute clip of the film as it is. It is a gamble but it's our belief that after watching this clip audience will be compelled to see the film. Fingers crossed," Vipul Amrutlal Shah (who has produced this film) said, today. God! What innovation! You have made a film which has been made on similar lines God knows how many times before. And yuck! What scene have you put out online. This is the scene I strongly want to object against. A school-girl's skirt is forcibly lifted by a langot pehalwan and a close-up of her thighs is thrust in front of our eyes. How did this scene get passed in the first place at the Censor table?

Compliments are due, err, not due, to Aditya Datt (director) for making a film which has left at least me, pooped- lactic acid must be dancing in heaps in my body. How kiddish is his output is exemplified by the same obnoxious scene which ends with the harassed girl asking our action-obsessed hero for a selfie!
Yes, I have concluded-Commando 3 is a big waste of time, man-power and money. So yeah Vidyut, can you please consider it as a challenge to come up in a new avatar? And, act soon.
