Now, staying at home can be quite boring for some, mostly for extroverts who are not used to being confined in their homes all day. Just recently, Katrina Kaif shared workout tutorial videos on her Instagram. Her trainer Yasmin Karachiwala and her, put together a workout for fans to do at their homes. Katrina aces squats, lunges, push-ups and sidekicks in the videos. She also penned down her workout routine in the caption, so you could check it out! On the other hand, doing his bit to ensure people stay fit while self-isolating inside their homes, Chris Hemsworth gave fans six weeks of his health and fitness program Centr for free to try. It will be a six-week trial and is available for subscriptions till march 31.
