Video Of Anita Raaj With Visitors And Her Husband's Shouting Starts Circulating; Building's Chairman Says, 'TRIG Called The Police' -EXCLUSIVE

Last night, we brought you the big story of Anita Raaj's building (Nibbana in Pali Hill) being sealed after a resident tested positive for COVID-19. In another separate incident in the same apartment, Anita had reportedly called a couple of visitors to her place which led to an ugly fracas between the watchmen and her husband Sunil Hingorani- and an FIR has also been lodged against the senior actress for violating the rule of social distancing that has to be maintained presently. It was reported that Anita and Sunil had allegedly partied with the guests.
Now, we are in possession of the video of the fracas in question. It's definitely not pleasing to see such a tu-tu main-main happening in a building. Anita and Sunil are seen coming out with their visitors and then asking questions to the security guard on duty that why do two of them from the four at post, leave the premises every day to go home and come back. The video gets rather ugly when a third person in the frame, whom Anita says is Sunil's brother, starts raising his voice to insist that he stays in the same building.
IO (Investigating Officer) Mr Karsure had confirmed with us yesterday that the FIR has been lodged against Anita and Sunil both.
The question that seems to arise is that who summoned the cops. Well, a few minutes back, I spoke to Nibbana's Chairman, Mr Suvarna, who said, "The guards consulted among themselves and their company TRIG told them to call the police. I was getting calls of whatever happened that night but by then, I had gone off to sleep."
Added Suvarna, "Anita and Sunil have told us that the visitors in question had come for a medical emergency." Now, Sunil is a doctor. We do not know what exactly was the emergency as Anita did not respond- neither yesterday nor today- when I called.
We then told him about the video we have got our hands on. To which he replied, "I am aware of the video you talking about and I think it must have been made from the CCTV footage obtained."
But let's tell you who the visitors were. The couple coming out in the lobby with Anita and Sunil (in the video) is Gessu and his wife. Gessu stays in Nakshatra Building, which is about 400 metres away from Nibbana.
