actress, who made her Bollywood debut with Raees opposite Shah Rukh Khan, was
recently in news for her pictures with Ranbir. The duo was spotted in New York chilling and smoking. Not only did that spark rumours of their alleged love
affair but also invited a lot of hate on social media. Mahira got bashed for
wearing a "short dress" and "smoking". A couple of weeks
later the actress responded to haters on social media, where at an event she
said, “I am a very careful person otherwise. People ask me that I do not do
this in films, I say I do not want to. Why should I do anything to show the
world?” reacting to those photos which went viral.
