Taapsee Pannu Chops Her Hair AKA 'Ghar Ki Kheti' Because Who's Gonna Handle All That Hair Colour Y'all
Just like she is experimental with her onscreen roles, this lockdown period we saw actress Taapsee Pannu getting all experimental with her tresses. Few days back, the actress had coloured her hair purple/blue as she felt black was overdone. But now the actress has chopped off her long locks as she was kinda bored with her hair colour and wanted to get rid of it. This new look of the Thappad actress has left everyone surprised, but her witty caption to her post left us laughing.

Sharing her new look on her Instagram account, the Saand Ki Aankh actress wrote, “Andddd the experiment continues...Since my hair couldn’t handle that colour for long got it all chopped off. Heard ppl really get attached to their hair length but then I feel yeh ‘ghar ki kheti’ hai and I have full faith in my Punjabi genes. So chop chop #Throwback #Archive #QuarantinePost.” She mentioned in her post how people are emotional attached to their hair and getting rid of them leaves them a feeling of guilt. However, not for Taapsee Pannu.

Mentioning about her Punjabi roots, she wrote in her caption of having full faith, they shall regrow soon. Her Saand Ki Aankh co-star Bhumi Pednekar commenting on post wrote, “One second is this a throwback or have you chopped off your hair.” To which Taapsee replied “Hahahaha. It’s a throwback fortunately!”

Director Anubhav Sinha too was surprised with this new look of Taapsee, his comment read, “Je ka kallia?” whereas filmmaker Sajid Nadiadwala appreciated Taapsee’s new look and wrote, “Hey love the new look Taaps.” ALSO READ: Kangana Ranaut’s Sister Rangoli SLAMS Taapsee Pannu, Says ‘B-Grade Mimicry Actor Ki Jali’ After Taapsee’s ‘New Task’ Tweet
