Swara Bhasker Reacts To Migrants Dying In Trains Out Of Hunger; Calls It Murder
Migrants are in the worst situation currently. Due to limited travel options available, migrants from the cities started to walk miles to reach home. A few trains then started running, however, the poor condition of the travel and management has added up to the woes of the migrants. Delayed trains are adding to the chaos. A news report suggested that a few people died due to hunger as the train took 9 days to reach the destination instead of two. Reacting to this report, Bollywood actress Swara Bhasker called it a murder.

The news report she reacted to read, "इसका जवाब देंगे रेल मंत्री ? दो दिन के बदले 9 दिन में क्यों पहुंच रहीं है श्रमिक ट्रेनें? भूख और प्यास से एक दिन में इन ट्रेनों में 7 मौतें (Will Railway Minister answer this?  Why are laborers arriving in 9 days instead of two? 7 deaths in these trains in one day due to hunger and thirst)" To this, Swara retweeted and wrote, "This is murder." The Veere Di Wedding actress is very active on social media and often shares her thoughts on issues that affect the nation.

Meanwhile, Swara is doing her bit by arranging for vehicles for the migrants in Delhi and nearby areas to reach to their hometown. She is making the best possible use of Twitter to spread awareness and help those in need. Reportedly, she has helped around 1350 migrants to reach home safely.
