Among millions of people, Sushant Singh Rajput's Sonchiriya co-star Bhumi Pednekar has been severely affected by his demise. The actor has shared a streak of tributes for Sushant; however, her recent post will only bring a smile on your face. Taking to her Instagram, Bhumi revealed that she, along with Ek Saath: The Earth foundation, has pledged to donate meals for a whopping 550 underprivileged families in the loving memory of her dear friend, Sushant Singh Rajput. Bhumi Pednekar's gesture has won fans' hearts and they can't stop praising her beautiful tribute to someone as humble as Sushant.
In a picture shared by Bhumi, we could see Sushant's face etched on it with a beautiful message that read, “I pledge to feed 550 impoverished families through the Ek Saath Foundation in memory of my dear friend. Let’s show compassion and love towards everyone that is in need, now more than ever," while the top of the picture read, "In loving memory of Sushant Singh Rajput." Filmmaker Abhishek Kapoor and his wife Pragya Kapoor, who run the NGO, had earlier told IANS, “It’s our way of honouring him and his craft, everything he has done and achieved, to celebrate him and everything he stands for. As friends, it gives us something to hold on to.”
Sushant breathed his last on June 14. Bhumi mourned his demise by writing, “Rest in Peace my friend… Shocked and Heartbroken...Still can’t believe it...To star gazing and our endless chats...am going to spot you twinkling bright up there with the rest cause you are and will always be a star my dearest SSR.”
