Gloom descended upon the country after finding out about the heartbreaking news of Sushant Singh Rajput’s death. The investigation in Sushant Singh Rajput’s suicide case is currently going on, and it was reported that the Mumbai Police would summon everyone who had been in contact with Sushant for the last 10 days leading to his suicide. Yesterday, his rumoured girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty was grilled for long hours and now, a report on the Internet revealed what went down during the interrogation.
According to a report in Pinkvilla, Rhea Chakraborty was questioned about the films and projects that the actor had, among other things. As per the report, Rhea and Sushant were to begin Rumi Jafry’s next project but it had been halted for the time being, in the wake of COVID-19 outbreak and lockdown. A source informed the portal that Rhea revealed that Sushant had no dearth of work, and that he had enough projects in his hand. In fact, she also reportedly said that he was in talks for many more.
“In fact there was more than one film being planned with Sushant and Rhea together. Sushant's date diary would have been full till next year with the projects he was almost locked in. She gave police the details about all the projects Sushant was in talks for," said the source.
This information comes after it was being reported that Sushant Singh Rajput had lost many films over the last few months and did not have enough work. Sushant Singh Rajput was cremated at the Pawan Hans crematorium in Mumbai on Monday. Apart from the late actor’s family, Shraddha Kapoor, Ekta Kapoor, Ranvir Shorey, Kriti Sanon among others also attended the funeral. Sushant Singh Rajput’s ashes were immersed by his family in the Ganga river, in Patna, yesterday.
