Police suspects posts from Sushant Singh Rajput’s Twitter account were deleted, and will be sending a letter to the micro-blogging site to ask them the details and to monitor Sushant’s activities in the past on Twitter. There is no post on his Twitter account after December 27, 2019

Sushant Singh Rajput’s death by suicide on June 14, left the nation shocked. The actor did not leave behind a suicide note, and many suspected foul play, demanding an inquiry in the case. The investigation in Sushant Singh Rajput’s case is currently going on. A few days ago, Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh also stated that ‘professional rivalry’ angle will be probed by Mumbai Police too.  Sushant Singh Rajput’s final post mortem report ruled out any possibility of foul play, and India Today reported that the final report confirms he died due to asphyxia, suffocation, because of hanging.

Over the last few days, statements of a few people, including his rumoured girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty, have been recorded. Now, another suspicion has come up regarding Sushant’s Twitter account. According to a report in Pinkvilla, the police has asked Twitter about Sushant Singh Rajput’s posts on Twitter for the last six months. From his Twitter account, it can be seen that Sushant last posted on Twitter on December 27, 2019; and now police suspects that the posts may have been deleted since then.

The report also states that the police will be sending a letter to Twitter to ask them the details and to monitor Sushant’s activities in the past on Twitter.


Sushant Singh Rajput was cremated at the Pawan Hans crematorium in Mumbai, on June 15. Apart from his family members, those present at the funeral included Shraddha Kapoor, Kriti Sanon, Ekta Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao, among others. The late actor’s ashes were immersed in the Ganga river, in Patna, by his family members.
