Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case is getting more complicated each day, as more facts and shocking revelations are coming up. In the latest development in Sushant’s death case, now, Times Now reported that Bihar government has filed an affidavit in the Supreme Court accusing Rhea Chakraborty of using Sushant for money. It said that Rhea and her family members came in contact with Sushant with the sole motive of grabbing his money and later painting a false narrative of his mental illness.
According to Times Now, the affidavit was filed by senior superintendent of police and it says that Rhea Chakraborty took Sushant Singh Rajput to her house and started giving him overdose of medicine. The affidavit also says that despite total non cooperation from Mumbai Police, it has found several leads in the investigation. Bihar Police said that since the probe points are scattered at many places in India, it suggested a CBI probe into Sushant Singh Rajput’s death.
Times Now further explains that the affidavit says that Rhea would constantly tell Sushant that if he did not agree to her demands, or pay heed to her, she will falsely implicate him. Check out more details of the affidavit below:

Meanwhile, Rhea Chakraborty was summoned by the ED on Friday, that is, August 7. ANI reported Rhea’s lawyer Satish Manishinde saying, “Rhea has requested that the recording of her statement be postponed till Supreme Court hearing.” However, a report in Mirror Now stated that the ED has rejected Rhea’s request for postponement and has asked her to join the probe.
