Shweta Bachchan Nanda Dedicates A Post To Late Mother-In-Law Ritu Nanda; Says 'Will Miss You'

Raj Kapoor and Krishna Raj Kapoor's daughter Ritu Nanda breathed her last on Tuesday, January 14. Reportedly, she was battling cancer for long. Apart from being Rishi Kapoor's sister and belonging to the most famous family in Bollywood, she was also the mother-in-law of Amitabh Bachchan's daughter Shweta Bachchan Nanda. Shweta Bachchan tied the knot with Nikhil Nanda, Ritu Nanda's son, in 1997. Though we could not spot her during the funeral procession of Ritu Nanda which was held on the same day, Shweta Bachchan took to her Instagram to dedicate a post to her late mother-in-law.
A few days after Ritu Nanda's death, Shweta Bachchan took to Instagram to share a picture with the departed soul. In the image, we also see Shweta's daughter Navya Naveli Nanda. It is a happy picture as we see all of them smiling. In the caption, Shweta wrote, "ill miss you dearly." Soon comments from her industry friends started pouring in. Maheep Kapoor, Angad Bedi, Abhishek Bachchan, Ekta Kapoor, Sikander Kher and many more dropped heart emojis on the post.
During the funeral, Abhishek Bachchan was by the side of Shweta Bachchan and Nikhil Nanda's kids, Navya and Agastya. We saw him consoling a grieving Navya Naveli Nanda. Apart from him, Rishi Kapoor, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, Randhir Kapoor, Armaan Jain, Aadar Jain and others were also present. Amitabh Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan had also left for Delhi as the news of Ritu Nanda's news broke. Good friends Karan Johar and Gauri Khan too jetted off to Delhi.
