Shahid Kapoor & Mira Rajput Go House-Hunting In Bandra
They live in a luxury sea-facing apartment in Juhu but Shahid and Mira are now scouting for a home in Bandra
Shahid Kapoor and
wife Mira Rajput are currently the neighbours of Begum Jaan star Vidya Balan.
The ‘It’ couple of Bollywood share a sea-facing apartment in a plush apartment
complex in Juhu.
Shahid bought his
home in Praneta Apartments in 2014 before he wed Mira and welcomed daughter
Misha. He then spent a good year decorating the spacious and elegant home which
opens up to Juhu beach.
And now it looks
like Shahid and Mira want an even starrier neighbour and neighbourhood. The
couple have been hunting for a house in Bandra and their first stop was the
apartment complex where Ranbir Kapoor is a resident.

As of now, the
couple is looking at some premiere properties in Bandra, one of the most
expensive pincodes in Mumbai.
It is not clear
whether Shahid & Mira want to move to a new apartment or they are simply
buying property as an investment.
But they are
definitely looking to drop some serious cash. Vastu, Ranbir’s apartment complex
is a much sough-after address in Pali Hill with beautiful views of the sea.
Shahid and Mira checked out an apartment on the top floor of the building and
the actor was impressed by what he saw.
Ranbir purchased
his apartment in 2016 in what was touted as a big ticket deal. He bought the
sprawling apartment in Pali Hill for a reported Rs 35 crore. The transaction
works out to an eye-popping Rs 1.42 lakh per sq ft.
And it looks like
Shahid is ready to follow suit with a big buy!
