Khan’s birthday special in every way. This year, the superstar will turn 54
this year and his fans can’t contain the excitement already. SRK’s birthday is
no less than a festival in India. Every year thousands of his fans gathered
outside his house Mannat located in Bandra and wait till the superstar comes
out and waves to his fans, who wait for long hours to see a glimpse of their
favourite star.
There’s no denying SRK is loved worldwide so much so that some of his diehard fans even get mistaken when they spot his doppelganger. SRK’s lookalikes have been topping the headlines just like the actor himself. A doppelganger named Akram, who lives in Jordan and is a well-known photographer told Mirror, “I feel good and happy when people recognise me as I look similar to the King of Bollywood – Shah Rukh Khan. When I go out to work or any other purpose, people talk to me and take a selfie with me. I give a smile but always say that I am Akram-al-Issawe. I respect Mr. Khan and never want to play with his name. But what can I do? God has given me this face – which many people like and so do I.” The Jordan based photographer hopes that he meets SRK soon. He also said that the world is too small. Maybe someday he will meet the King someday.”

Another lookalike Kolkata’s
Shahnawaz Khan, who was given name Kolkata Shah Rukh Khan by the actor himself
told the leading tabloid that he feels good when people recognise him for his
performance as SRK. He also added he been donning SRK sir’s look from his films
and has been performing on different occasions. He further said, “I am a big
fan of SRK and I always want to remain the same. I don’t want to lose SRK from
my life for being greedy. I never want to gain anything from acting like him. I
have met him 12-13 times and every time it was a great experience.”

Another lookalike of SRK named Durgesh says that he has worked in Dubai as a lookalike of SRK. He has even worked with him for Dubai tourism and during the promotion of Raees. He said, “Honestly when I work with him, it feels so good. There’s a certain positive energy. When I hugged him, I felt like staying in his arms forever.”
