Much to everyone's shock, today, we have heard that Veteran actress and Farhan and Zoya Akhtar's mother Shabana Azmi recently met with a tragic accident. She has been injured after her car rammed into a truck on Pune Mumbai highway near Khalapur toll plaza. She was rushed to MGM hospital, Panvel and is admitted there. As soon as the news broke in, Bollywood celebs like Lata Mangeshkar, Hansal Mehta, Rohit Roy, Neena Gupta, Arvind Kejriwal have started pouring in their prayers and wishes a speedy recovery along with her fans on social media. While Varun Dhawan and Shraddha Kapoor asked Twitterverse to stop sharing accident pictures online.
Varun wrote, "To all my dear friends in the media if someone has met with an accident please do not splash their pictures all over it can be extremely distressing to their family and loved ones. This is just a humble request thank you" Shraddha too said the same by tweeting, "This is a request to all our friends in the media if someone has met with an accident please don’t put up those photos. Please have some empathy and sensitivity and think how distressing this can be to their family members and loved ones. Please take it down immediately. Thank you."
