The year 2020 seems to be getting worse every passing day with the Coronavirus pandemic situation and so many deaths around the country. Thursday morning came another blow when the news of Rishi Kapoor’s death, a day after Irrfan Khan’s death. Fans of both the actors took to social media to express their grief and shock and the huge loss that the film industry has suffered. Both the actors, Irrfan Khan and Rishi Kapoor has worked in the critically acclaimed movie D-Day in 2013 and now a clip involving both of them in a frame has gone viral.

 In the viral video clip that has also now been shared by Karisma Kapoor,  Irrfan can be seen laughing while both of them sit together in the backseat of the car. The text on the video reads, “Have a safe journey you both. We will forever celebrate you.” The viral video has left fans overwhelmed with emotions. A lot of other pictures involving both the actors have gone viral on social media as the fans and the industry mourns their loss. While one fan wrote, “They are heading back home,” another one wrote, “Two versatile actors gone forever. Rest in eternal peace.”

Rishi Kapoor was admitted to the hospital on Wednesday morning. He was first diagnosed with cancer in 2018 and spent almost a year in New York getting treatment for the same. He had returned back to India in September 2019 after his treatment. Meanwhile, Irrfan Khan had been battling neuroendocrine tumour since he was diagnosed in 2018. Irrfan breathed his last on April 29, while Rishi Kapoor passed away this morning.
