Rishi Kapoor Demise: Riddhima Kapoor And Ranbir Kapoor Assure Grieving Mom Neetu, 'Got Your Back Ma'
On April 30, Bollywood lost one of its finest actors in Rishi Kapoor who passed away at the age of 67. His death came as a huge loss to his family, friends, and the Hindi film industry. From his fans to Bollywood celebrities, everyone mourned his demise and took to their social media to share their heartfelt tributes and to send condolences to his family. After her father’s demise, Rishi Kapoor’s daughter Riddhima Kapoor Sahni has been sharing some warm and lovely throwback pictures of her father as well as her family on her Instagram feed, leaving us teary-eyed.

This time too, she took to her Instagram story and shared some throwback pictures with her father. First, she shared a photo of herself with dad Rishi Kapoor and the recent one, which is also a throwback picture, features her mother Neetu Kapoor and brother Ranbir Kapoor along with herself. With all smiles for a sweet selfie, Riddhima captioned her post with "Got Your Back Ma #YourPillars" and this melted our hearts. Reportedly, when she learnt about her father’s death, she requested the government to fly her to Mumbai but her flight request was denied due to lockdown restrictions and hence she travelled all the way to Mumbai via roadways.

Even though she couldn’t attend the final rites in person, she still paid her last rites through video call that was done by Alia Bhatt during the Bobby actor’s funeral. However, Mrs Sahni was present when Ranbir immersed his father’s ashes at Banganga.

Riddhima also shared a heart-wrenching post for the veteran star on Instagram which read, “Papa I love you I will always love you - RIP my strongest warrior I will miss you everyday I will miss your FaceTime calls everyday! I wish I could be there to say goodbye to you ! Until we meet again papa I love you - your Mushk forever” ALSO READ: Rishi Kapoor Once Blasted Young Actors For Not Attending Vinod Khanna’s Funeral: 'I Must Be Prepared, No One Will Shoulder Me’
