Priyanka Chopra Harrowed By The Grand Welcome At The Mumbai Airport
Priyanka Chopra is just in time to celebrate Christmas with her family in Mumbai. The talented actress flew down last night and to her surprise received a grand welcome at the airport...well, she was almost mobbed!
Priyanka Chopra landed last night in
Mumbai. She is back home to celebrate Christmas with her family. Well, when Priyanka
must be coming out of the airport, she must have thought it’s going to be the
regular paparazzi she will have to face, but to her surprise a big crowd had
gathered to welcome the actress.
Bouquets, dhol beats and more were
waiting at the arrival to get a sneak peek of this actress who is making waves
internationally. 
Clad in a black turtle-neck dress and hair straight & neat, Priyanka was accompanied by her mother Dr. Madhu Chopra. For a bit, Priyanka also got little worked up making her way to the car. She patiently posed for the shutterbugs, but also looked little tired with the entire crowd and tamaasha around her...SpotboyE.com also learnt that later on, she even gave an earful to a reporter once the cameras were off.
Guess Ms Chopra is out of the habit of handling the Indian press.
Before arriving, Priyanka took to Instagram to share her excitement with a picture and
captioned it, ''Mumbai calling! So excited to be going home #airplanereading

Before she heads out to Europe along
with the cast and crew of her Hollywood debut, Baywatch to promote the film,
the actress is in Mumbai for two weeks. And later she flies back to NYC to
resume filming Quantico till March-end. Priyanka is sure to be a part of
many guest lists during the party season in Bollywood and we will see a lot
more of the star, now that she is back to the city.
And looking at the welcome she received
at the airport itself, the city was definitely waiting for her with open arms.
