Here’s a piece of good news for those who didn’t want to
go through more torture of MSG films.
CINTAA (The Cine and TV Artists Association) has
unanimously decided to cancel his work permit. The decision was taken on the
grounds of criminality and moral turpitude.
Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh In MSG: The Messenger Of God
The association decided to terminate his permit owing to
serious criminal convictions and accusations including rape, homicide and money
laundering. The decision will be implemented with immediate effect.
Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh has been sentenced to 20 years in
prison after he was found guilty of raping two women in a 2002 case. Even his
verified Twitter account was withheld on Friday morning in India,
which means none of his followers in India would be able to access his account
or see his tweets.
An Intense Action Scene From MSG
The leader of the Dera Sacha Sauda made his Bollywood
debut with MSG: The Messenger of God in 2015. It was written by him and he
also starred in it. Not just that, he also credited himself as co-director,
co-cinematographer, co-editor, songwriter, and stuntman. He then starred in two
more films, including MSG: The Warrior Lion Heart.
Followers of Dera Sacha Sauda in Punjab and Haryana
burned down gas stations, train stations and torched vehicles after Gurmeet
Ram Rahim was arrested and convicted on Aug 25. At least 38 people were killed
and more than 200 injured in the violence in Haryana.

According to reports, no sooner CBI special judge Jagdeep
Singh announced the punishment that Gurmeet Ram Rahim broke down, seeking
forgiveness with folded hands while squatting on the floor, refusing to leave.
