Kubbra Sait Asked By A Troll To ‘Leave India’ After She Aired Views On Lockdown; Her Savage Reply Left Karan Kundrra In Splits

No one is safe these days from the troll army on social media, especially the celebs. Some choose to ignore them whereas some give it back. Actress Kubbra Sait is included in the latter. The Jawaani Jaaneman actress is no stranger to trolls and criticism on social media. She is known to air her views fearlessly and knows that trolling comes to anyone trying to put forth a point. Kubbra Sait was recently trolled by a user, but the actress left us wowed with her savage reply.
Kubbra Sait’s tweet read, “He promised we will know well in advance. But they are still figuring the guidelines... This is similar to learning the entire syllabus the night before the final exam.” A troll dropped a comment and wrote, “Why not leave India?” Kubbra hit back by replying, “No one can. It’s a lockdown. Kuch bhi.” Her reply was a winner and a lot of people on Twitter came to her support on the platform. Actor Karan Kundrra praised her and commented saying, “Hahah savage.” Another tweet supporting her said, “Even if you could, why should you? You are as much a citizen with equal fundamental rights as the person asking you.”
Kubbra has been vocal on social media about the nationwide lockdown and has also criticised it. Earlier she had tweeted, “The lockdown was to prepare for the healthcare system, so that it doesn’t collapse under pressure. An endless non colourful lockdown till the time a vaccine is found, doesn’t look like an answer.” However, she did add a disclaimer saying, “I’m no expert... this is me thinking and typing aloud over a cup of chai.”

Kubbra Sait recently featured in the web series Illegal where she played a woman convicted of multiple murders and has received a lot of critical acclaim for her part. The actress has been living alone in Mumbai while in lockdown whereas her mother and brother Danish Sait are in Bangalore at their house.
