Kabir Khan is the man everyone envies in Bollywood. Clearly, his connection with Salman Khan is the reason. The filmmaker, in quick succession, is gearing up to take his third film (after Ek Tha Tiger, Bajrangi Bhaijaan) with the superstar on floors by July-August. Titled Tubelight, the film has an Indo-China connection and is a period drama loaded with action.

SpotboyE has it that the filmmaker and his team have taken off to Kashmir for a recce to finalise the locations for the first schedule.

“We have to shoot in Kashmir in the regions closer to the Chinese border. And the network is pretty bad there. So while we have been on this expedition to zero down on locales that have decent connectivity, we have been more or less out of touch with Mumbai. We feel that we will be ready to roll in the monsoon, soon after Sultan releases,” says a source from Kabir’s team.
