Jhund Teaser: Amitabh Bachchan’s Team And His Impressive Narration Has Got Us Excited For The Film
It was only yesterday that the first look poster of Nagraj Manjule’s Jhund starring megastar Amitabh Bachchan, was released. While many on-set pictures had been revealed earlier, this was the first official poster of the film, and the makers had announced that the teaser would be released today. Now the wait is finally over and the teaser of Jhund is out! While the poster yesterday gave us a glimpse into Amitabh Bachchan’s character, this teaser gives a sneak-peek into his ‘jhund’.

The 1 minute- 12 seconds teaser shows a team of several boys of different ages marching ahead. However, their faces were not revealed and only showed their backs. Amitabh Bachchan's powerful voice has us captivated. At the beginning of the teaser, he says, "Jhund nahi kahiye sir team kahiye...Team." The background score, by Ajay Atul, also seems really awe-inspiring. The release date of the film is revealed to be May 8, 2020. This film is highly anticipated and is reportedly based on the life of Slum Soccer founder Vijay Barse. The director of Jhund Nagraj Manjule has earlier directed films like Fandry, and Sairat, and we can’t wait for this one. Sharing the teaser, Abhishek Bachchan wrote “I’m so excited for this film. The first look poster revealed yesterday showed Amitabh Bachchan dressed in a blue hoodie. He faces the wall and slums in the background and the sketchy poster also shows a football on the ground. The film has been produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Raaj Hiremath, Savita Raj Hiremath, Nagraj Manjule,Gargee Kulkarni & Meenu Aroraa under the banner of T-Series, Tandav Film Entertainment & Aatpat.
