Last week of April 2020 turned out to be an unfortunate week for the Bollywood industry. Two of its finest actors Irrfan Khan and Rishi Kapoor left for heavenly abode leaving their families and fans shocked and shattered. The Piku star was diagnosed with colon infection and he lost his battle on April 29, 2020, while Rishi Kapoor succumbed to Leukemia. It’s been more than a week and but everyone misses their presence.
Deepika Padukone, who worked with Irrfan Khan is Shoojit Sircar’s Piku was heartbroken post learning about her co-star's sad demise. But now we came across a heartwarming throwback video of deceased Irrfan and Deepika Padukone during an award show. This short clip of Piku stars from XxX: Return Of Xander Cage premiere has been doing the rounds of social media and seems like fans are missing him even more after watching this video. In the video, Chhapaak actress is seen interacting with media but stops midway to greet his Piku star Irrfan. Both are seen hugging each other tight and Dippy calls him her “most favourite person”
This short may bring tears to your eyes but will also leave a wide smile on your face. The other half of the video sees Irrfan interacting with Deepika and the Piku duo also strikes for a lovely pose for the paparazzi. Irrfan even introduces his son Babil Khan to Deepika and she greets him with a warm hug.
After learning about Irrfan Khan’s death, Dippy had taken to her IG account and had posted a black screen picture with Irrfan Khan’s hashtag and a broken heart emoji in the caption.
