According to the latest report, the 2020 wedding might not happen after all. The lovebirds are currently focusing on their respective careers and are in no mood to get married, at least not in 2020, say new reports.
Reports of Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar’s 2020 wedding have spread like wildfire. It’s been almost a year since Farhan and Shibani have been painting the town red with their lovey-dovey pictures and goofy PDA with each other. With reports of them tying the knot sooner than expected has raised many eyebrows, it was also said that they may tie the knot soon after the release of the actor’s upcoming film, Toofan.
But now Shibani and Farhan have been making headlines for different reasons. Reportedly, the fitness enthusiast couple has put their wedding on hold. Yes, you heard that right! According to a TOI report, the lovers are currently focused on their careers and are in no mood to get married, at least not in 2020. The report further states that since they are in their happy space, they have no desire of making their relationship legal or making it official. Soon after the reports of then tying the knot went viral, Shibani was seen dining in beau’s family Zoya Akhtar, Javed Akhtar, Shabana Azmi, Honey Irani, which added fuel to the fire. Earlier, Mumbai Mirror quoted a source close to the couple saying that the duo is looking forward to tying the knot by the end of this year or maybe even sooner. The source said, "he plan is to get married towards the year-end, after the release of Farhan’s next, Toofan. But they might spring a surprise by tying the knot earlier than that. The final date is yet to be decided but Farhan and Shibani have begun preparations for the big day.”
