Controversial starlet Poonam Pandey was recently arrested for violating the rules of lockdown, however she rubbished the rumours. Poonam taking to her social networking account, mentioned of being at home and enjoying a movie marathon, when the news of her arrest hit the internet.  With outbreak of COVID-19, government imposed a lockdown in order to maintain social distancing and curtail the further spread of this novel Coronavirus. However, Poonam jumped the gun and got out and about neglecting the severity of this pandemic and hence was arrested. She was reported to have gone on a drive at Marine Drive. Poonam Pandey along with Sam Ahmad Bombay was arrested under sections 269.
 
Now this denial of the starlet has inspired meme creators to give a fun spin to this serious situation. From Pankaj Tripathi in Stree, to Alia Bhatt in Raazi, Neha Dhupia’s it’s her choice comment on a TV reality show, left the netizens in splits. Meme creators this time mostly used the pictorial presentation to give a hilarious spin to Poonam Pandey being in denial of her arrest for violating the lockdown. Not stopping at it, they also connected Bollywood’s popular Pandey, Chulbul Pandey actor Salman Khan’s onscreen character in Dabangg franchise.

Poonam Pandey amidst of the lockdown was seen posting her work out videos on the Instagram account, which simply led to rise in the temperature for her sultry avatars in these videos.
