Coronavirus Outbreak: Parineeti Says Stop Being Overconfident; Sonam Kapoor Requests To Necessary Precautions
With coronavirus pandemic taking over the world, Parineeti Chopra tells fans to stop being overconfident and Sonam Kapoor asked them to take the necessary precautions
Coronavirus is gripping the world as the virus is spreading like lightning speed. Hailing from China, the virus is now taking over many countries, starting from India. The virus that was originated from China is now affecting many countries including India and just recently the World Health Organization (WHO) declared the Covid-19 outbreak a pandemic with more than 118,000 confirmed cases and 4,291 deaths in 114 countries. According to the reports in Economic Times, India’s count of infected people is 62 with no confirmed deaths so far from the disease.
As the virus broke loose, many celebs like Salman Khan, Anushka Sharma, Anupam Kher, Parineeti Chopra, Soha Ali Khan, Sunny Leone and many more have taken to their social media handles to spread awareness on the same. Almost every day, we hear read that the number of coronavirus affected people has increased in India. As some people are losing their mind and getting panicked with the increased number, there are many who just don’t care and taking this deadly disease very lightly. Talking about the same, Partineeti Chopra took to her Instagram account and shared a screenshot of person who has written an open letter sort of on coronavirus.
She captioned it as, “GUYS STOP BEING OVERCONFIDENT AND READ THIS! Stop calling it a “hype on social media.” Stop saying “it only affects the elderly.” Stop saying “oh but the death rate of flu is more.” Stop thinking you are smarter than the virus. You are not. Coronavirus is real. Its extremely contagious and unstoppable. Please be smart. And be safe. #coronavirus.” While Parineeti is not the only one, we also saw Sonam Kapoor spreading awareness on the same while writing, “Use the necessary precautions. Stay safe!”

Just follow these simple measures like – the virus spreads due to close contact with the person, hence, maintain distance from the people who you think they might be affected, always cover your face while sneezing and coughing, do not touch your face so often and keep washing your hands or use sanitizers in order to safe.
