Chitrangada-Nawazuddin starrer Babumoshai Bandookbaaz back on track
Kushan Nandy’s comic-thriller Babumoshai Bandookbaaz has not been shelved. SpotboyE has it that the film, starring Chitrangada Singh and Nawazuddin Siddiqui in lead roles, is back on track. The shoot, we hear, will resume next month.

Last year, Kushan stopped work on the project after a few days of shoot, reportedly because of financial troubles. The film also faced workers’ strike during the shoot in West Bengal.
Though there were reports that the fimaker would shift the location to Uttar Pradesh, nothing happened on that front for the longest time. Soon, industry corridors were rife with rumours that the film has been shelved.

But that does not seem to be the case anymore. We hear, everything is fine with the project now and it will start rolling in June.
