Blast From The Past: When Saif Ali Khan Got Teary-Eyed Every Time He Looked At Son Ibrahim’s Photo After His Divorce With Amrita Singh
Saif Ali Khan had once revealed how he always felt like bursting in tears every time he used to see the photograph after parting ways with wife Amrita Singh
Saif Ali Khan has always been a doting dad and he has proved it time and again. Saif Ali Khan married Bollywood actress Amrita Singh in the year 1991 and later become proud parents of two adorable kids Sara Ali Khan and Ibrahim Ali Khan. But unfortunately, things didn’t turn out as per plan and Saif Ali Khan called it quits with Amrita Singh in the year 2004. Since then he has always been there for his both kids- Sara and Ibrahim and they too have showered immense love on their dad Saif Ali Khan.
We take you back to the time when Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh were granted the divorce, he was really upset with the fact he will not be able to spend time with his kids. After parting way with Amrita he had back then told to a news portal that he carried his son Ibrahim’s photo in his wallet and always felt like bursting in tears every time he used to see the photograph. Not only Ibrahim, but Saif was very fond of her darling daughter Sara Ali Khan too when she was a kid.
If reports are to be believed, Saif even said that he would like to settle the divorce but he is not SRK and he doesn’t have huge money to pay. But he told Amrita that he would pay her money by slogging every day. Well, this seems to be a tragic end though. Saif Ali Khan later got married to style diva of Bollywood Kareena Kapoor in the year 2012 and both are now blessed with Taimur Ali Khan.
Saif still continues to parent his 3 kids Ibrahim, Sara and Taimur. Sara and Ibrahim are actively involved in all the family functions conducted by Saif and Bebo. On the professional front, Saif will be seen in Dil Bechara and Bunty Aur Babli 2.
