Yesterday, on November 18, we got to see Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Diljit Dosanjh and Kiara Advani’s Good Newwz trailer which made us laugh out loud with their goof-ups. After laughing so hard, it’s now time for us to get hit by the dose of history and grandeur as the trailer of Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior starring Ajay Devgn and Saif Ali Khan has finally found its way to the internet. That’s right, Bollywood’s one of the most-awaited films, Tanhaji The Unsung Warrior trailer is released, leaving us starstruck. Ahead of releasing the trailer, Ajay Devgn took to his Instagram account and shared a poster of himself as Tanhaji, captioning, “Get ready to witness the epic battle.” While sharing the poster, he also announced the timing of the trailer and here it is.
In the trailer, Ajay Devgn as Tanhaji Malusare looks fierce and feisty who will go to any lengths to fight for this motherland and for his King Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. From yielding a sword to get that Marathi lingo, Ajay’s portrayal as a commander is pretty impressive. Talking about Saif Ali Khan as Udyabhan who plays the antagonist in the film looks pretty appalling. His intense, cold gaze and his appearance will send chills down your spine. The battle scenes between Tanhaji and Udyabhan not only look thrilling but also marvellous. While the grandeur of the sets and costumes are simply amazeballs. Talking about the rest of the cast, Kajol as Tanhaji’s wife Savitribai Malusare, Sharad Kelkar as Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Luke Kenny as the Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb ensure to make a powerful yet impactful presence in the trailer. Yesterday, Ajay shared a small clip of himself while announcing the arrival of the trailer. He captioned the video as, “Hua hai shubh-aarambh aaj se. Gunjegi iss sher ki dahad saare jahan mein!”
