Tanhaji The Unsung Warrior Box-Office Collections Week 2: Ajay-Saif Starrer Looks Set To Break Kabir Singh’s Record
Ajay Devgn, Saif Ali Khan, Kajol and Sharad Kelkar ‘s historic drama Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior is still doing wonders in its 2nd week. So much so that it is all set to break Shahid Kapoor’s Kabir Singh and Vicky Kaushal’s Uri: The Surgical Strike’s 2nd week BO collections collection milestones.
Ajay Devgn, Saif Ali Khan, Kajol and Sharad Kelkar ‘s historic drama Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior’s collects don’t seem to stop at all. Ever since the film has hit the theaters on January 10, clashing with Deepika Padukone and Vikrant Massey starrer Chhapaak, the film is hugely appreciated countrywide but especially in Maharashtra. The film is currently in its second week and is very much close to cross 200 crore mark. The collections are steadily increasing every day, so much so that it is all set to break Shahid Kapoor’s Kabir Singh and Vicky Kaushal’s Uri: The Surgical Strike’s BO collection.
Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh Tweeted the latest number of Tanhaji and wrote, “#Tanhaji continues to stand tall, run triumphantly on weekdays... Next target: ₹ 200 cr... Shahid Kapoor starrer Kabir Singh collected Rs 78 crore in week two and it surpasses it’s collection then Tanhji may become the highest second week after Ranbir Kapoor starrer Sanju, which released in June 2018. Within a span of 10 days, the film has collected Rs 167.45 Cr. The film has already surpassed the lifetime collection of Total Dhamaal, and it’s also Devgn’s 2nd highest-grossing film after Golmaal Again. Tanhaji marks Kajol and Saif Ali Khan’s highest-grossing film.
The film also created a record when, for the first time ever, the chief of Army, Navy and Air Force came together to watch the hugely appreciated Tanhaji.
