Mardaani 2 Box-Office Collection Day 2: Rani Mukerji Starrer Registers Slow Yet Steady Growth
Rani Mukerji starrer Mardaani 2 which collected Rs. 3.80 crore on its opening day has gone on to collect double the moneys on Day 2
Mardaani 2 has gained a lot of accolades from the Twitterverse as well as from the critics. While people are pouring praises for the Rani Mukerji starrer, it certainly didn't create that sort of craze at the cash windows. The film which released on December 13 raked in Rs 3.80 crore at the box-office on Day 1. Going by the early trends, Mardaani 2 has collected Rs.3.80 crores on its opening day and has collected the double on day 2 which is Rs. 6.50 crores at the box-office, thus taking its total in the range of 10.25 crores.
With such a good jump, the movie has a high chance of pulling off a double-digit score by the end of Sunday which is day 3, despite facing stiff competition from Jumanji: The Next Level which stars Dwayne Johnson, Nick Jonas, Jack Black, Kevin Hart and Karen Gillan. Speaking of this film, Jumanji is doing a pretty well business at the International markets. On day 2, the film collected Rs, 8.25 crores, making a grand total to Rs. 14.50 crores at the box-office. Talking about the film, our SpotboyE rated 3 stars. The review praised Rani and said the second part of the Mardaani franchise brilliantly projects an issue, which will boil your blood with the very first scene, courtesy the impeccable performance by the antagonist of the film, Vishal Jethwa.
