Malang Box-Office Collections Day 2: Aditya Roy Kapur And Disha Patani Starrer Witnesses Substantial Growth

Aditya Roy Kapur and Disha Patani starrer Malang hit theatres this Friday and has garnered decent reviews from critics as well. Opened as per expectations, on the first day, the Mohit Suri film managed to collect Rs 6.71 Crores on Friday. As it’s Day 2 since the release, the Aditya Roy Kapur and Disha Patani starrer witness a substantial growth at the Box-office. The film manages to mint a total collection of Rs 15. 60 Crores at the Box-office on Day 2.
Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh shared the box-office collection for Malang earlier in the day. He wrote, “#Malang witnesses substantial growth on Day 2, despite #Delhi having limited screenings... Should score on Day 3 [Sun] as well... Eyes ₹ 24 cr [+/-] weekend - the highest for #AdityaRoyKapur [solo hero films]... Fri 6.71 cr, Sat 8.89 cr. Total: ₹ 15.60 cr. #India biz.” As per the Box-office reports of the Mohit Suri film, the film has witnessed substantial growth since it’s release. With the film minting a good collection on Day 1 and Day 2 of its release, this Aditya Roy Kapur and Disha Patani starrer collect Rs 15. 60 Crores at the Box-office in total. As Malang clashed at the Box-office with Hina Khan Bollywood debut ‘Hacked’ and Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s Shikara based on the untold story of the Kashmiri Pandits, the film has managed to mint a decent collection and is expected to score well on Day 3 as well.
Meanwhile, apart from Aditya Roy Kapur and Disha Patani, Malang also stars Anil Kapoor and Kunal Kemmu in lead roles. Talking about Malang's review, SpotboyE.com editor Vickey Lalwani rated the film with three stars.
