Director Ram Kamal Mukherjee has praised actress Paoli Dam performance in the web film titled ‘Devi’. The film is directed by Rick Basu and also stars Shataf Figar, Shubh Mukkherjee, Rachel White, Elena Kazan in other pivotal roles. The film was released in February and is presently being streamed on Hoichoi.

On the work front, Paoli Dam will be next seen in Abhijaan which is a biopic on veteran actor Soumitra Chatterjee. Her last release is Sanjhbati’. The film showcases the relationship from a completely different angle. Dev Adhikari plays the character of a suburban young man who comes to the city and meets a young girl played by Paoli in unusual circumstances. However, Lily Chakraborty plays the main protagonist in the film. The veteran actress plays the role of an elderly woman who is in the centre of the narrative.
