Aurangabad International Film Festival 2020: Atanu Ghosh’s Binisutoy Bags Two Awards
The film stars Ritwick Chakraborty and Jaya Ahsan in the lead role. The film shooting was completed last year itself but released got delayed for the reasons unknown.
Atanu Ghosh’s yet to be released film ‘Binisutoy’ is appreciated by critics and was recently screened at Aurangabad International Film Festival 2020. The film which stars Ritwick Chakraborty and Jaya Ahsan in the lead role has bagged two awards at the film festival.
Atanu Ghosh took to his Twitter handle and wrote, “First set of trophies for #Binisutoy (Without Strings) - Best Screenplay and Best Music from @Aurangabadiff. Hearty congratulations to the team.”

The film has bagged award for best screenplay and music. film shooting was completed last year itself but released got delayed for the reasons unknown.
Binisutoy story will revolve around Ritwick Chakraborty and Jaya Ahsan who are two strangers and met at the audition of a reality game show. After which some strange events happened with these two people. The film story is written by Atanu.
Apart from Jaya Ahsan and Riiwick, the film also stars Kaushik Sen, Chandrayee Ghosh, Kheya Chattopadhyay and others in pivotal roles.
Atanu Ghosh’s last release Robibaar was also appreciated. The trailer shows Jaya and Prosenjit meeting after 15 years. The couple goes through a rough patch and how they overcome is the story all about. In the film, director has beautifully shown the emotions.
