Abir Chatterjee, Sohini Sarkar To Star As Lead Actors In Pavel’s Next Family Drama

This will be Pavel second film after Asur which has released in the first week of this year. The film stars Nusrat Jahan, Jeet and Abir Chatterjee. The story revolves around three friends and their life in 30s.

Abir Chatterjee, Sohini Sarkar To Star As Lead Actors In Pavel’s Next Family Drama
Actor Abir Chatterjee and Sohini Sarkar will soon be reuniting for the second time. Both are currently shooting for Indraadip Das Gupta’s film Agantuk. And it is being reported that the two will be again paired in director Pavel next film which will be a family drama. However, there is no official confirmation from any of the side.

The Times of India reports claimed that both the actors have already reserved their dates for the film. This will be Pavel second film after Asur which has released in the first week of this year. The film stars Nusrat Jahan, Jeet and Abir Chatterjee. The story revolves around three friends and their life in 30s. 

Meanwhile, Agantuk revolves around the life of an elderly woman, who is found dead in her residence. Is it a murder or an accident? How things unfold after the murder is what the film is all about. Abir Chatterjee will be seen playing a key role. Actress Sohini Sarkar is playing the role of an elderly woman.



Abir Chatterjee and Sohini Sarkar has shared screen space earlier also in the movie Byomkesh Gotro. Satyakam, a young boy comes to Byomkesh in Kolkata and introduces himself as son of a business magnate from Mussourie. He confesses that he is a womaniser by nature. He invites Byomkesh to come to Mussoorie because he feels that his life is under threat. When Byomkesh reaches Mussoorie, finds that Satyakam was murdered mysteriously. Boymkesh starts investigation which reveals a dark history of Satyakam's family.
